Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1: Parties
This agreement is made between the following parties:

1.2 - Buyer
The individual who has signed up as a customer on the e-commerce website www.[website].com and whose contact details and address information were provided during registration.

Article 2: Subject of the Agreement
This agreement determines the rights and obligations of both the seller and the buyer regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) listed below, which the buyer has ordered electronically from the seller’s website www.jalalefendi.com, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 3: Product Information
The essential characteristics of the product(s), the quantity, model, brand, color, and price are listed below. All these details are also visible on the order page during the online shopping process.

Article 4: General Terms
4.1) The buyer declares that they have read the preliminary information provided about the product(coffee jalalefendi) on the website and have confirmed electronically their understanding of the product's essential characteristics, the price including taxes, and the payment and delivery details. By accepting this agreement electronically, the buyer agrees to all the terms listed here.
4.2) The product(coffee jalalefendi) will be delivered to the buyer’s address via courier within the period specified on the website, depending on the buyer's location, but no later than 30 days from the date of this agreement, unless exceptional circumstances apply.
4.3) The seller is responsible for delivering the product(coffee jalalefendi) in accordance with the order, complete and free of any defects, and in compliance with any warranty or user guide that accompanies the product(coffee jalalefendi).
4.4) If the product(coffee jalalefendi) cannot be delivered within the specified period due to unforeseen circumstances (such as force majeure or courier issues), the seller will notify the buyer immediately. In such a case, the buyer has the right to cancel the order, request a replacement, or postpone the delivery. If the buyer chooses to cancel the order, the seller will refund the full payment to the buyer within 10 days.
4.5) If the buyer fails to pay for the product(coffee jalalefendi) or if payment is canceled, the seller has no obligation to deliver the product(coffee jalalefendi).

Article 5: Payment and Delivery
5.1 - Payment Method:
The buyer will pay for the product(coffee jalalefendi) using one of the payment methods listed on the seller’s website at the time of purchase.
5.2 - Delivery Costs:
The buyer agrees to pay any additional shipping costs, which will be displayed before completing the order.
5.3 - Delivery Time:

Article 6: Right of Withdrawal

6.3) The seller will refund the total purchase price, including any delivery fees, within 14 days from the date the returned product(coffee jalalefendi) are received.
6.4) Products that are custom-made, damaged, or used beyond their original condition are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Article 7: Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising from this agreement, the buyer can refer to local consumer arbitration committees for amounts up to the value defined by the relevant legislation. Disputes exceeding this amount will be resolved by consumer courts in the buyer’s location.

Article 8: Privacy Policy
The buyer’s personal information and payment details will be used only for the purpose of fulfilling the order and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

Article 9: Final Provisions
By accepting this agreement, the buyer declares that they have read and understood all the terms herein and agrees to be bound by them. This agreement becomes effective upon electronic confirmation by the buyer.
